All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
ABS Systems ships only within India. International shipping is currently not available.
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before shipping details are generated).
A 15% fee will be deducted as delivery and packing charges.
If cancellation is requested after shipping details are provided (after 24 hours), the refund will be initiated only after the product is returned to us. A 15% deduction will still apply.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is approved. Orders can be tracked in the My Orders section.
ABS Systems is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately:
