Product Return, Refund and Replacements policy

Return Process.

All products purchased on www.abssystems.in can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your request along with the order number to info@abssystems.in and ship the product to: 200/4,Gr Floor,F-II-Block,Street No-21,Jai Vihar,New Delhi-110043. After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.

Refund Process.

              • After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.

              • We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.

              • After approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

              • If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total order amount you paid is returned to the same mode of payment.

              • We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment.

If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.

Replacement process.

In case of any issue with the product:

         • Please reach out to us through the contact information provided on the warranty card.

         • While claiming, please share the details of the purchase order.

         • If the product is under warranty, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from the respective address.

         • After receiving the product, our technical team will test the product for defects (if any) and replace the product (if applicable).

For RD renewal request online-Refunds/Cancellations:

Refund can be processed if we are unable to renewal RD services due to wrong information furnished by customer. After confirmation from customer we will refund the payment if Device Serial number doesn’t match with the server of OEM. No refund will be processed in case completed successfully RD renewal and confirmation sent to customer, As RD service renewed once can’t be reversed.
